Overview
On the picturesque shores of Cape Cod, the drug epidemic takes a dark turn when a body is found by the outspoken National Marine Fisheries Service officer, Jackie Quinones. Driven by her desire for justice, Jackie becomes embroiled in the investigation, much to the chagrin of the state police, who are intent on keeping her out of the loop.
