Episode Overview

A new tourist resort is set to be constructed in town, and its arrival is causing some problems before the planned hospital even gets underway. The resort is drawing in a troublesome group of cats that are threatening the local wildlife. Worried about the situation, Blinky tries to alert the Mayor to the issue. But will the Mayor take him seriously? Meanwhile, the question looms: who will the cats go after next?
