Episode Overview

Blinky and his crew reach Paris to track down Penelope's mistress, who has relocated and now has a cat named Fifi. The Circus Bros. show up with plans to abduct Fifi, but Penelope teams up with her mistress and gives the Circus Bros. a diamond bracelet in exchange. To retrieve the bracelet, Blinky trades Cyril his beloved teddy bear, Teddy Pumpkin.
