Episode Overview
Arthur was tasked with gathering coins for Mrs. McGrady to help fund a new dog for the Elwood City fire department. However, when he returned to check on the bag of quarters he left with her, she claimed she never got it. Meanwhile, Buster had just launched his detective agency, completely unaware that his first case would involve his friend Arthur. Now, Buster has to uncover the truth: could Arthur actually be the thief?
