Flipper finds himself in deep trouble when he's blamed for devouring a valuable fish. Just as the vet prepares to operate on him to find the missing fish, Bud and Sandy uncover that the fish has actually been stolen by Jim. They quickly rush to gather evidence to clear Flipper's name before it's too late.
