Episode Overview

Noticing the marine life fleeing, Bud and Sandy decide to warn the townspeople about an approaching hurricane, going against their father's advice and the clear weather report. When no hurricane materializes, the locals feel they’ve wasted time and money preparing their boats and turn to Porter for reimbursement. However, their perspective changes dramatically when a tidal wave strikes, and the entire town comes to appreciate Flipper and the boys for their timely alert.
