Episode Overview
Kasuga Nozomi meets her end after failing to meet the criteria to become a shikabane hime, a role that only certain girls can assume under specific conditions. Meanwhile, Makina awakens at the Shichisei Headquarters, eagerly engaging in battle with Hokuto. The Shichisei share their plans, while the kougonshuu confronts Ouri, suspecting he is the offspring of a corpse. Overwhelmed by memories from his childhood, Ouri loses control, prompting high priest Gon to expel him from his role as a contractor priest. In the midst of a minor altercation involving his priest friends, Ouri manages to flee back to the orphanage. It’s revealed that Huzuchi, one of the Shichisei, harbors a deep-seated resentment towards Ouri, as he was killed by Ouri’s “mother,” leaving Ouri as the last survivor.
