Cleveland and Donna are thrilled to enjoy some alone time at home while Cleveland Jr. and Roberta are away on a school trip to Washington, D.C. However, a spiteful Rallo is determined to sabotage their romantic plans. Meanwhile, Roberta's wild partying spirals out of hand, prompting Cleveland Jr. to step in and save her from the chaos.
