Foggy is once again concerned about Compo and Clegg's lack of fitness, so he subjects them to a grueling training regimen that ultimately leaves them stuck in sewer pipes. Meanwhile, Howard’s latest scheme involves promoting a bicycle race that he and Marina are supposedly taking part in, but this time his enthusiasm backfires spectacularly.
