Episode Overview

Howard has a wig sent to Clegg's place, but when Pearl grows suspicious, Clegg must not only claim it as his own but also don the wig, much to Truly's delight. Eventually, Howard is coaxed into retrieving the wig after they plan for Smiler to wear it and have Marina kiss him. Meanwhile, Barry struggles to take charge of his household, while Compo tries to entice Nora Batty with an amusing offer of a "limited sale" of himself.
