Flora Lansing, the owner of the L.A. Kings, offers Arliss a chance at part-ownership if he can secure a new location for her hockey team—complete with a modern stadium featuring luxury boxes and personal seat licenses. However, this deal must remain confidential! Arliss sets out to pitch the team to three potential cities: Raleigh-Durham, Las Vegas, and Mexico City.
