Episode Overview

The chefs are stumped when they encounter a Middle Eastern ingredient during the appetizer challenge. Kat-a-what? Is it a noodle or a pastry? The entrée round proves to be just as tricky, with the chefs needing to combine monkfish, cocktail onions, and a sweet surprise. For dessert, they’re taken on a journey to Catalina, where they must creatively use a ketchup-based dressing and tofu skin to craft a winning sweet dish.
