Episode Overview

Sara and Andy began as roommates in a San Francisco rental, but their bond soon evolved into something deeper. Excited about their future together, they are now looking to buy their own home, opting for a tiny living space within their limited budget. They enlist the help of Sara's cousin Jennifer, a local real estate agent, to assist in their search for the perfect tiny home for them and their dog. Sara leans towards a house with a yard, while Andy pushes for a condo, setting the stage for plenty of negotiations as they explore the city’s hills.
