Gonzo persuades Wendy from the Personnel department to accept a teaching position at the newly established Day Care Centre at San Francisco Memorial Hospital. Although she is hesitant about stepping into this new role, an incident in the classroom reveals her past experience in a mental health facility. At the same time, Trapper John is making efforts to repair his relationship with Ingrid.
