Gonzo finds himself stranded without fuel in front of a rundown apartment complex, where he discovers a woman has hurt herself on the crumbling stairs. After investigating, he traces the building's ownership to SFM and presents his findings to the board. In response, they decide to take action by demolishing the structure and replacing it with condominiums.
