Doctor Albright passes away from a heart attack, prompting Gonzo and Shoop to encourage Trapper to take a break in Geneva Springs. While Trapper steps in for a local physician, Riverside ends up losing his job, and a previous patient of Trapper's finds themselves in urgent need of heart surgery.
