As week seven of the North Atlantic Bluefin tuna fishing season unfolds, Gloucester's captains face a crucial choice: venture far offshore where the fish are plentiful or stick to the familiar coastal waters. Captain Tyler McLaughlin of the Pin Wheel strikes gold, reeling in the season's largest catch off the coast of Maine, prompting other captains to head north to capitalize on his success. When Captain T.J. Ott of the Hot Tuna sets his lines in Tyler's prime location, a competitive showdown ensues as both boats race to fill their decks with tuna.
