Episode Overview

Title: This Time It's Personal Plot: Officer David Liang from the New Orleans Police Department is eager to modify a Ferret armored scout vehicle for crowd and riot control, so he enlists the expertise of Will Hayden and the Red Jacket team. As Will joins Officer Liang for a ride-along, the rest of the crew takes some time to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the French Quarter. However, their outing takes a dark turn when one of them witnesses a murder just a short distance away. Now, the stakes have been raised, making the mission deeply personal.
