After discovering that parents refuse to purchase his perilous toys, Quackerjack hatches a plan to establish a toy paradise for children, where he reigns supreme. Meanwhile, Gosalyn finds herself in hot water at school, prompting the principal to advise Drake to reassess his parenting skills. In a bid to become the ideal father, Drake decides to abandon his Darkwing persona just as Quackerjack sets his wild scheme into motion.
