Launchpad discovers he has developed psychic abilities, but struggles to manage them effectively. Meanwhile, F.O.W.L. agent Major Synapse takes advantage of the situation by stealing S.H.U.S.H.'s Nora Ray. He then uses it to enhance the mental capabilities of his agents, granting them impressive brain powers.
