Megavolt invents a method to transfer himself as an electrical signal, leading to a showdown with Darkwing Duck. In the process, they both find themselves transported to the human world. To Darkwing's surprise, he discovers that the Darkwing Duck cartoon is immensely popular here, but he's not receiving any of the earnings. To make matters worse, it appears there’s no way for them to return home.
