After a diamond goes missing, evidence points to Falsetto Jones, a breeder of Lithuanian Wolfhounds, as the culprit. To confront him and retrieve the stolen gem, Kim and Ron decide to enter Rufus into a dog competition, disguising him as a Peruvian Hairless. The challenge lies in whether Rufus can convincingly take on this new role and help them solve the mystery.
