Frustrated by Kim Possible's repeated thwarting of his schemes, Dr. Drakken hatches a new plan to conquer the world using his brainwashing shampoo, “Lather, Rinse, Obey.” Unfortunately, the product flops miserably. Seeking advice from Shego, he discovers that hip-hop references often boost sales. To promote his shampoo, he enters a talent competition reminiscent of “American Idol” in hopes of becoming a star and driving up sales. However, with Kim hot on his heels, will she once again manage to stop his nefarious ambitions?
