Black Morgan, a descendant of the notorious pirate, has been raiding cruise ships across the Pacific Ocean, and only Supercar can keep pace with him. However, things take a dire turn when he threatens to detonate a torpedo, endangering a group of hostages if Mike attempts to intervene.
