The Killing (2007)

Episode Overview

Ten days following the discovery of lawyer Anne Dragsholm's body at a WWII memorial, her husband is arrested as the prime suspect in her murder. The chief investigator reaches out to Sarah Lund, who has left the crime unit, urging her to return to Copenhagen to review the case. In parallel, a young politician steps up as the new minister of justice after his predecessor falls ill, while a convict applies for parole to reunite with his wife and child.
