The Magician (1973)

Episode Overview

During a charity show at a mental hospital, Tony performs a magic trick that makes his assistant disappear in a burst of flames, which sends one audience member, Mark Hamill, into a panic. Tony soon learns that the man witnessed a traumatic event in a nearby small town. When he visits the town, he uncovers a sinister secret that everyone is determined to protect. Although he receives help from a reluctant sheriff and his daughter, Tony finds that revealing the town's hidden truth proves to be a challenging task.
