Robert's traffic school teaching turns out to be painfully dull, prompting him to rehearse his presentation on the Barone family, who quickly become annoyed. To bring some fun into the mix, he enlists the help of Traffic Cop Timmy, a puppet dressed as a police officer, hoping to inject some humor into his lecture.
