Timmy discovers from Cupid that Tootie is meant to be his true love, but he’s reluctant to share his first kiss with Vicky's younger sister instead of Trixie. To impress Trixie, he puts together a grand Valentine surprise featuring dancers and a love song. However, when Trixie turns him down once more, Timmy makes a hasty decision to wish all girls away to a distant place before Tootie can reach him.
