Feeling downhearted because the citizens of Dimmsdale fail to recognize his cat-themed brand of justice, Catman finds himself in despair. In an effort to lift his spirits, Timmy uses a wish to transport Catman into the universe of the Crimson Chin, hoping that this new environment will help him regain his confidence and sense of purpose.
