We aimed to provide a home-friendly recipe for the authentic experience: moist cod with a delicate crunch and perfectly crispy chips with fluffy interiors. First, we had to navigate the intricacies of frying at home, as limited space and splattering oil can complicate the process. However, with some planning and essential knowledge, you can produce fish and chips worthy of any pub in England.
