Episode Overview

Laverne feels a wave of sadness and frustration when she discovers a brief note from Shirley stating that she has gone overseas with her husband due to a job transfer. Laverne is shocked that Shirley would leave without a proper farewell. In an effort to lift her spirits, the gang steps in to help find Laverne a new roommate. However, everything takes a turn for the better when Laverne uncovers the rest of Shirley's note, which had slipped beneath the bed, revealing more heartfelt sentiments.
