A disgraced Nazi geneticist stages Bill's death to use him in a twisted experiment. However, Ralph uncovers the truth that his friend is still alive. Determined to save Bill and the other unfortunate subjects, he takes to the skies. But lurking in the shadows is a monstrous creation from a previous experiment, ready to confront him in a fierce showdown.
