Episode Overview
Jo encounters the notoriously rowdy McKeever brothers, Hunter, 7, and River, 6, who welcome her with a barrage of insults and physical hits. Their violent and disrespectful behavior is both shocking and, unfortunately, all too familiar. Throughout her time with the family, they continue to hit and kick Jo, wreaking havoc in the house while using foul language and fighting amongst themselves and their parents. Lisa, their stay-at-home mom, feels humiliated by her sons' antics and avoids public outings with them, while Corey, her husband, works long hours and steers clear of his boys when he’s home, even insisting that Lisa has it "easier." Jo confronts Corey about his immaturity and selfishness, prompting him to storm out in anger.
