Highlander: The Raven (1998)

Episode Overview

While breaking into an exhibit showcasing artifacts from an old sailing ship, Amanda's plans are thwarted by two bumbling thieves who accidentally trigger the alarm. One man leaps through a window after being shot and is later retrieved from the water, lifeless. Nick begins to suspect Amanda's involvement, and the police also question both of them. Amanda is searching for artifacts she had previously left on the ship while assisting a family of escaped slaves. The deceased man, who had taken a voodoo-like drug to feign death, is a descendant of that family, attempting to recover a deed that liberated them and granted land. Ultimately, he succumbs to his gunshot wound. Realizing she can't retrieve the deed alone, Amanda convinces Nick to help her. They hide in a bathtub just in time to evade the police, leaving Amanda curious about the tattoo on Nick's backside.
