Episode Overview

Carly, Sam, and Freddie host their Halloween webcast from an apartment said to be haunted. As unsettling events unfold, they begin to fear that the ghost stories might actually be real. Their concerns deepen with the strange behavior of Carly's elusive neighbor, Mrs. Halberstadt. At the same time, Spencer finds himself overwhelmed when he forgets to buy candy, leaving a crowd of frustrated trick-or-treaters at his door.
