Episode Overview

Nora is up for a parole hearing, and Carly, Sam, Freddie, and Gibby are asked to share their thoughts on whether she should remain incarcerated or be set free. After deciding to support her release, they head to her welcome home party to honor her possible turnaround, but things don’t go as expected. In a separate storyline, T-Bo attempts to impress Mrs. Benson in hopes of securing a room in her apartment by putting on a sophisticated front.
