Episode Overview

Freddie starts a new job at the Pear Store, but his coworker Sam inadvertently sabotages his first day. Meanwhile, Spencer attempts to light a fire for the eighteenth time, and the fire department, fed up with the Shays' antics, decides they've had enough. To make amends, Spencer bakes a batch of brownies for the firefighters. However, the disgruntled crew forces him to volunteer at the station, which results in yet another fire—this time at their own facility. Meanwhile, Carly encounters a guy named Trey at the Pear Store and becomes fixated on getting him to ask her out.
