Episode Overview

Laura, a young woman expecting a baby, seeks refuge at the grange from her partner Huxley, who wants her back but rejects her unborn child. Abby and Greg clash over whether Laura should be permitted to stay. Meanwhile, John and Lizzie inadvertently reveal her presence at the grange to Huxley, leading him to take drastic measures. As tensions rise, the community finds themselves pressured to hand Laura over to him.
