Mary McCartney hosts an intimate gathering in London, while Gayle King, the journalist and TV anchor, joins from New York City. Mary whips up some delightful dishes, including Sticky Crispy Cauliflower, a refreshing Pea and Mint Dip, Roasted Tomato and Butterbean Toasts, and zesty Lime Toasted Nuts. Knowing that her friend doesn’t cook, she has arranged a food delivery for Gayle. The two then come together to create a refreshing new beverage, Gayle's Sunshine Mocktail, crafted by Mary as a tribute to their cherished friendship.
