Nathan and Haley are hosting a birthday celebration for Jamie. Deb has brought in a clown, but Haley is less than thrilled about the choice, as it’s a rather unsettling one. Lindsey makes her way back to Tree Hill for Jamie's special day, reigniting Lucas's hopes for a possible reunion. When Dan shows up, Deb's demeanor shifts dramatically. Meanwhile, Brooke and Peyton join the festivities with baby Angie in tow.
