Amid the frenzy of an 80's alumni dance at the high school, Haley's birthday goes unnoticed, Jamie finds himself home alone, and Nathan and Clay get stuck 200 miles away from Tree Hill. At the same time, Brooke's arrival at the dance with Alexander prompts Julian to confront his awkward teenage years, all in an episode that pays homage to the films of John Hughes.
