Episode Overview
Gordon leads a team known as "The Eastenders" in the kitchen, competing against Alex James in a recipe showdown, and also ventures out to hunt for deer. Meanwhile, Janet Street Porter searches for a substitute for foie gras, while Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall lends a hand to Gordon as he tends to his lambs. The dishes featured include a seared tuna niçoise salad, pan-fried chicken accompanied by asparagus, and a delightful dessert of caramelized apples and pears.
