Episode Overview

A new group of aspiring chefs, made up of police officers from Lancaster, takes center stage. Jonathan Ross makes an appearance at the restaurant, while Gordon Ramsay introduces tripe to a group of teenagers and instructs some athletes on crafting delicious fast food. He then teams up with DJ Sara Cox for a recipe challenge. Meanwhile, Gordon is on the hunt for scallops. Diners can look forward to a menu featuring pan-roasted pigeon salad with toasted walnuts, roast skate accompanied by beetroot and parmesan, and pain perdu topped with caramelized peaches.
