Episode Overview

Foster finds himself in a town that has been drenched in rain for the past two years. According to Quatrain 64, Century 8, "The slayer seeks refuge beneath Olympus / As a mother’s tears sever ties to Rome / Fear demands futile offerings / Until the furious fire of the flood is extinguished." Nostradamus’ vision of Olympus pointed to Olympia, Washington, where the notorious mass murderer Glenn Harris had escaped police capture three weeks prior. I suspected Harris was the "slayer" mentioned in the quatrain, and believed "the shadow" of Olympia was cast just east in a small lumber town called Athlone. There, I hoped to find a path that would connect a killer with extraterrestrial beings.
