Episode Overview

Fred's 'associate' helps Barney land a gig in 'waste management.' However, instead of following through on his initial task to eliminate Fred, Barney uses his earnings to settle Fred's debt with Heche. With this new financial freedom, Fred decides to relocate to Miami, adopting a new identity in the process.
