The Archer family faces a tough battle as Sterling is diagnosed with breast cancer. "I'm focused on staying optimistic," he affirms. "I can overcome this." Prior to his surgery, he hopes to create lasting memories with young Seamus, despite not being the baby's biological father, and plans a trip to Las Vegas for some quality time together.
