Tia discovers that she can't get away from Robert's ex-wife, Neesee, even at work, as Neesee steps in as the new kindergarten "room mom" and quickly develops a close friendship with Tia's best friend, Jonelle. At the same time, during an interview, R&B superstar and actress Beyoncé Knowles surprises Robert by flipping the script and directing personal questions at him.
