In a small Iowa college town, the notorious "Hook Man," a vengeful ghost wielding a deadly hook for a hand, wreaks havoc. Sam and Dean uncover that the victims share a link to the daughter of a local minister. As the body count rises, the brothers must quickly locate and eliminate the Hook Man's bones to prevent him from claiming more lives, including their own.
