In "Swap Meat," Gary, an awkward teenager, accidentally casts a body-switching spell, swapping bodies with Sam. Excited to experience life as a more attractive and muscular version of himself, Gary (now in Sam's body) joins Dean on a case and revels in his newfound charm, flirting with women and enjoying drinks. Conversely, Sam finds himself trapped in Gary’s teenage body, navigating the challenges of overbearing parents and high school drama. As the two grapple with their switched lives, hilarity and chaos ensue.
