Episode Overview

A fresh start awaits as King Edwards has closed its doors and B4 is no longer operational. Kim, Den, and Pippa have relocated to the nearby St Jude's, ready to embrace the stalled redevelopment. Although their new space, twin-bayed K2, is sleek and tidy, the same familiar patients and challenges linger, alongside a host of new concerns. Kim struggles to stay afloat, Pippa's home life remains turbulent, and Den is about to face her own unexpected test. With Hilary Loftus pushing for efficiency and modern matron Damaris introducing diversity cupcakes, the staff is once again focused on navigating their daily routines.
